There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Gara: Page 4, lines 18 - 24: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 4, line 27: Delete "(a)" Page 4, line 29: Delete "subsection" Insert "section" Page 4, line 31, through page 5, line 3: Delete all material. Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Rokeberg objected. Representatives Lynn and Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.
